Clint Hayden
Clint Hayden is the founding member of Stealth Property Group and brings more than 30 years of experience in the home rental market. Over the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of residential rental properties, market trends, and the needs of renters. His hands-on experience has shaped a practical, knowledgeable approach to owning and operating rental homes. Through Stealth Property Group, Clint is committed to maintaining quality rental properties and providing dependable housing opportunities for residents.
Lee Mattingly
Lee Mattingly is the Property Manager for Stealth Property Group, bringing a strong commitment to service, reliability, and community relationships to his role. Lee and Clint Hayden have known each other for more than 50 years, a friendship built through decades of shared experiences, including coaching club soccer together. After 27 years of service with Nelson County Government, Lee retired as Road Supervisor and joined Clint’s company to help manage properties and support the continued growth of the business. Lee believes in providing the best customer service possible and takes pride in helping residents feel supported, respected, and well cared for.
